    Yoga classes are offered regularly at Namaste!

    Classes are $10 unless otherwise noted.

    Core Express

    Only a 30 minute class, Core Express is going to make you feel the burn! This is a fast and furious workout with Patty that is going to strengthen and tone your core. Try this high energy and upbeat class made to fit into your busy day. $9 or use your Monthly Membership to attend.

    Restore

    Restore is a class designed with gentle floor based sequences using blankets and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This hour long class is perfect for any age or level student.

    Sweat

    In Sweat, we are going to make you do just that with a 60 minute hybrid vinyasa alignment flow class. Sweat is taught in an desert climate room with rockin tunes. Rock out, work out, and sweat it out in this class!

    Hot Flow

    Hot Flow is turning up the heat (literally!) with a vinyasa flow class in a 90+ degree room. This class offers a series of poses and builds on the foundation set in classic postures. All postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students. Flow is a great way to add balance in your workout routine while toning your muscles.

    Circuit

    Join Patty for a jam packed workout that will leave you feeling accomplished! Build strength through a series of movements and exercises in this upbeat, high energy class. Both 60 minute and 45 minute classes are offered! $12 to attend the 45 minute class, $15 to attend the 60 minute class, or use your Monthly Membership .

    Stretch & Roll

    Stretch & Roll is the perfect class for anyone and everyone. This 45 minute, specialized class offers you dedicated time to relax, stretch, and release tension in muscles throughout your body that will leave you feeling amazing. $12 to attend this class or use your Monthly Membership.

    Barre

    We're breaking out the yoga wall! Barre is a class that will set fire to your muscles with small movements using light weights and body weight perfect for toning.

    Upcoming Yoga Immersion Series

    A yoga immersion is an opportunity to be in community and deepen your yoga practice through theory, yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, mantra and asana. Darren Rhodes will be joining us for a weekend workshop in January 2026

    Join us for two Saturdays each month to build strength, community, and mindfulness. This is a unique opportunity to inspire and be inspired by other members of the yoga community
