Core Express
Only a 45 minute class, Core Express is going to make you feel the burn! This is a fast and furious workout with Patty that is going to strengthen and tone your core. Try this high energy and upbeat class made to fit into your busy day.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a class designed with gentle floor based sequences using blankets and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This hour long class is perfect for any age or level student.

SWEAT
In SWEAT, we are going to make you do just that with a 60 minute hybrid vinyasa alignment flow class. Sweat is taught in an desert climate room with rockin tunes. Rock out, work out, and sweat it out in this class!

Flow
Flow class offers multipe renditions of a series of poses that builds on the foundation set of classic postures. This class has a rhhtmic flow throughout each rendition. All postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students. Flow is a great way to add balance in your workout routine while toning your muscles.

Circuit
Join Patty for a jam packed workout that will leave you feeling accomplished! Build strength through a series of movements and exercises in this upbeat, high energy class. Both 60 minute and 45 minute classes are offered! This class requires clean tennis shoes!

Stretch & Roll
Stretch & Roll is the perfect class for anyone and everyone. This 45 minute, specialized class offers you dedicated time to relax, stretch, and release tension in muscles throughout your body that will leave you feeling amazing. $12 to attend this class or use your Monthly Membership.

Barre
We're breaking out the yoga wall! Barre is a class that will set fire to your muscles with small movements using light weights and body weight perfect for toning.

Pilates
Pilates is a high energy class that takes place in warm room. You'll also use light weights and other props!

Mat Pilates & Sculpt
Mat Pilates & Sculpt uses limited props, ankle/wrist weights, and your body weight to strengthen and tone your muscles!

SHRED
SHRED combines cardio, strength training, and core exercises for a workout that will have your feeling the burn!

yogahour
The perfect class for all levels, yogahour is composed of a single sequence of differnet poses that build to a peak pose. yogahour is the allows you to tone, bring balance, and calm your mind. It's the perfect addition to any routine offering stretch and strength.

Yoga Basics
Yoga Basics is the perfect class for beginner yogis. If you're looking for a place to begin, a refresher, or an easy-going yoga class, this is the one for you. Yoga Basics will consist of doable, classical poses and offer modifications, making this class beneficial for all levels.

Hot HIIT
Hot HIIT = High Intesity Interval Training + a warm room. Be ready to sweat, weight train, and get your cardio in!

Slow Flow
Slow Flow, much like a traditional Flow class, consists of 1-3 renditions of a set of poses that build on each other. This class though is taught at a slower rhythmic pace, and each pose will be held longer. This is the perfect class to stretch, build balance, and bring peace to your mind and body.
